Is it possible to set up the form to calculate, then at the end ask for an email to send the answer to? Ideally this would then store or also email to a selected department to follow up the lead? If so is an additional plugin required or does it do it out the box?

    Hello @eureka1,

The behavior you are describing is available in the Professional version of the plugin.

The professional version of the plugin includes two section in the forms’ settings, to define the notification and confirmation emails, and you can configure the forms for sending the emails to specific email addresses or email addresses entered through the forms’ fields.

If you don’t want to display the calculated fields in the form, but include them in the notification emails, you simply should untick the checkbox: “Hide Field From Public Page” in the settings of calculated fields.

    Best regards.

Thanks for the confirmation. We might be looking to put the plugin on a few of our sites(max 3). Can you confirm does the professional or developer option cover this or would this mean purchasing each time for each site i.e potentially 3 plugin purchases?

    Hello @eureka1,

The Professional version of the plugin would be enough to your project, furthermore, the same copy of the plugin can be installed in the three websites, you don’t need to purchase a different copy per website.

    Best regards.
