Email responses based of radio button selections?

  • Is it possible to build a form in Contact Form 7 that will trigger different emails based on the input from the user? I am offering two free e-books, one for Individuals and one for Organizations. I was hoping to use radio buttons and depending on which one was selected a link to the corresponding book would be sent.

    Should I, or could I be using ASP or PHP and if so how do I use it with Contact Form 7.

    Any help will be deeply appreciated.

  • It is possible with Pipe feature.

    Put a tag like this into the Form field (obviously you need to change the name and the link):

    [radio your-book default:1 "Book A|https://example.com/book-a" "Book B|https://example.com/book-b"]

    Then put this tag into the Message Body field in the Mail section:

    [your-book]
