First check if other emails are going through your site, if no, then use any SMTP based free plugin solution to send emails.

Also, check your spam/junk folder for the email, if found please contact to your host provider regarding emails going to spam.

If still not found please create new ticket here giving your WP admin login details and ftp login details.
