    Hi,

    I have created a form, now want to add an auto responder, not sure what to put in the recipient box?

    I have seen instructions of “enable auto responder” and click on the plus sign and choose email field, but none of this is available in the latest version

    Hi @globalmerchant

    I hope you are doing well.

    Could you double-check if you are referring to Forminator?

    We don’t have “enable autoresponder” on Forminator but we do have the Email notification settings, for this, you can use your e-mail field name, for example {email-1}, but for this, you need to have an email field that the user will set on the frontend.

    The full guide for it can be found at https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#email-notifications-forms

    Hi Patrick, thanks for the response,

    Not sure where to get the field name – do I use the label of the field i.e this fiels is called Email Address so is it then {email-address}

    or is it something else?

    Hi @globalmerchant

    No worries, I am happy to hear you found it.

    The Forminator fields follow the name ID as a macro.

    So for example you add only one email field it will be {email-1} if you include two fields it will be {email-1} & {email-2}

    Hi, question pls

    I received an application and it was submitted to the relevant HubSpot list, then the client sent a second email (also from the form) with additional documents. This submission did not go through to Hubspot and in Forminator at the bottom of the submission I got this error message

    Integration Name
    HubSpot
    Sent To HubSpot
    No
    Info
    Failed to process request : Property values were not valid`

    Not sure how to deal with this, any suggestions plz

    Andre
