Email reset link – not working

    Clicking on Email Reset Link – I receive an email but clicking the link in the body of the email is not taking me to any reset page.

    Is it a configuration in Login/Signup Popup or in Woocommerce or in WordPress?
    Could not find a proper documentation for it.

    Hello,

    It is handled by woocommerce.
    When you click on the reset link, woocommerce redirects you to a link like this
    /my-account/?show-reset-form=true&action
    which isn’t happening on your end, so probably something to do with other plugins/code.
    Deactivating other plugins will help further debug.

    Thanks for your great plugin.

    I confirm that it is indeed your plugin which prevents you from having the correct link in the email to land on the password reset form.

    With your plugin activated, the link in the email is like this: https://mydoamin.com/mon-compte/?key=*****&id=**; which is not correct. And when I deactivate your plugin, the link received is correct: https://mydomain.com/mon-compte/lost-password/?key=*****&id=**

    An idea ?
