    Hi,

    Could you resend a copy of the latest log? If you are not able to download the file through the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab, you can find it in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of the site via FTP.

    The contents will be too long to post directly, but you can use an online service such as pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi,

    It appears that UpdraftPlus is having trouble loading the log file in the browser.

    Could you go to the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP or your hosts’ filemanager tool? There you should find the log files themselves. You can download these and copy the contents using any text editor.

    Hi Bibo,

    It is possible that the issues were caused by a temporary load issue on the server.
