Could you please provide me with a screenshot of the following path:
Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > Notifications > Statistical report > Message body

I noticed the message field is empty. Thank you for your help.
By the way, do you happen to know a more extensive list of shortcodes than what’s on this page? https://wp-statistics.com/2017/05/26/shortcodes/

The message body must be contained some shortcodes. So, choose a combination of text and shortcodes and test the process again. Contact me again if you don’t receive any email after entering the message body.
