email reply via forward address

My piped email is [email protected] [using Gmail workspace]. I’ve added a forward address in email pipe settings to [email protected]. Iv’e created an agent in supportcandy with same email.
Email piping is working fine. Tickets are being created fine when user emails [email protected]
I want to reply to the ticket via email using [email protected] address. I am using Sendgrid to send a reply using [email protected] as from address and sending to [email protected]. I am keeping the same subject but it is not working. I received “The ticket can not be created for non-registered users!”.
The email headers look all good. Am I doing something wrong?
