Email renewal notification

  • Hi there!

    We have a bunch of subscriptions that are not receiving the email renewal notification notice, although the email template is set as active. What should we check to investigate/solve this issue?

    does it happens with all subscription or only with some of them?

    Hi Alberto,

    Thank you for your reply. It’s happening to all of them, there are no subscriptions renewal emails being sent. Other system messages are being sent with no issues (the WooCommerce ones, for example).

    Hello @carlosmarchi,

    by checking with the plugin’s developer I’ve just realized that this version of the plugin does not have any email that can be sent.
