Email remind just send to receiver when he unread the message over a period

    Hi,
    How can I make the function that the Email remind just send to receiver when he unread the message over a period of time (e.g. 20 minutes). if the receiver has read the message within 20 minutes the Email remind doesn’t send.
    Now the Email remind send each time, filled full the Email box. that is not good.

    As this is a messaging system (not chat system) i think it should send email immediately. But thank you for your suggestion. It is noted for future consideration.
