email redirection

  • On our camera club site, we have a set of generic users corresponding to club officers, e.g. President, VicePresident, Treasurer, Secretary, etc. The email address associated with each user is the email address of the current incumbent, which changes as the result of elections, retirements, etc. We also have a small set of forms for Contact, Membership Application, Membership Renewal, etc. So, when a member renews his/her membership, for example, the Secretary and Treasurer need to be notified. I have not yet been able to figure out how to do this…if a member completes the membership renewal form, the email address of the current Treasurer needs to receive an email notification. Hope this makes sense, and sorry if it is posted to wrong topic…first post.

    Also, do you use a plugin for the forms, if yes, what’s the name?
