Email receiving problem

  • Hi,

    We have an interesting problem.

    if I setup my external email address in the form, I receive the emails, if we sertup the email of the company, which is owned domain based (example: [email protected]), they dont receive any emails, however, the mail php function is okay, it is enabled:
    I checked the email sending also with the WP Mail logging problem and it doesn’t detect any problem in error log section.
    Please help to fix the issue, I mean maybe some hosting setup is wrong, but the hosting provider has no idea. Thank you very much.
