Email Received Return Request

  • I would like users to receive an email after submitting a return request that we received their request and will process it shortly. Now, they only get an email when the request is completed.
    Is this included?

    Found the email in Woocommerce -> Settings -> Emails.
    However, the email seems to only work for return requests and not for order cancellations. I would like customers to receive a notification when requesting a cancellation too…
