This type of issue could be caused by a conflict, you can perform a conflict test:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Clear the site cache, here is a guide
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Go to your orders, and look for the order again

If the issue is not present after running these actions it means there was conflict and you can then reactivate the theme and plugins (one by one) until the cause of the problem is found You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
