Email quotation doesn’t work

  • Hello,

    We have a problem because when a customer ask for a quotation he always receive the email but we receive the email with the list only sometimes. So we can’t know when and what our customers ask for.

    We need to solve it as soon as possible.

    I have the free version and sometimes both customers and I received the email with the order, sometimes only the customer receive the email with the order.
