This is not something you can change in the MailPoet’s Settings, unfortunately.

Chiming in with the same problem. Sender image does NOT seem to be controlled by BIMI. On my setup, sender images ARE displayed for emails sent using the standard WordPress method (PHPMailer), but ARE NOT displayed when the same emails are sent via MailPoet (from the same From/Sender email address). Note that SPF, DKIM, etc., are configured correctly for both services.

So, it must be something else, and I’d be keen to know the culprit.
