    Dear , i’m using this plugin and is fine for me. The problem is with the email. When a customer send me an email from pirate forms , i receive just the confirmation in wordpress menu , but I receive no email at my address. How can i fix this problem?

    Please make sure you have checked the option for Store submissions in the database, see screenshot: https://prntscr.com/f9zxlp

    Checked them and save the changes.

    I’ve tried to setup the smtp but with smtp the plugin can’t send any email.
    How can i fix it?

    I’ve also got a problem with PirateForms. When a user sends an email via the contact form, I recieve 4 similar mails. Is there a way to fix this issue?

    @lucadn Have you tried configuring SMTP option of the plugin? Does it work after that. And can you try to install Postman SMTP and use that plugin to send yourself a test email?
