Email Post to Blog Not Working

Hi–
Have just invested some serious time following/double-checking the WP instructions for setting up the email post to blog function — believe I’ve configured it correctly — but am unable to get it to work.

Is there some little special secret handshake I need to perform in order to get this to work correctly?

I’ve tried to set it up normally and manually and even tried the Postie plug-in — but no go.

Help please?
