[Email Plugin] Suggestions

I have a ticket sales website and I am looking for an emailing plugin that will email each ticket seller after their added event is over, would anyone have a pluigin they could suggest? Im sure it’ll need some customization but if anyone knows of anything or can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
