Email Placeholder does not fetch inputted information by customer

    Hi,

    The email that we recieve as confirmation and others does not have the information appearing. It remains a hashtag.

    New booking of #service_name

    It appears as is without fetching the service name which is supposed to be. Please help.

    Hi Alan,

    Please, try the following solution:

    Add the loop placeholder in the email notifications:

    [appointment_loop_start]
    #appointment_day #appointment_time
    [appointment_loop_end]

    Placeholders between [appointment_loop_start] and [appointment_loop_end] are repeated for each time slot.

    Hi, above is the result i am getting, information is being fetched but the loop appears as well. Please advice how to fix this?

    Could you please open the message template containing placeholder, switch editor to the text mode, do a screenshot and send it to [email protected]
