• This plugin is awesome when it is FREE. However the second you opt in to paid version; say goodbye to customer service. It takes the support team minimum of 24 hours to reply to tickets and once they have replied, they disappear for another 24 hours! 

    I understand you are a new company but why would you release a plugin with so many bugs where you don’t even care about helping us solve the bugs??

    I will be creating a video and post my horrible experience with your customer support agents publicly on YouTube.

  • So, I see that in 9 days still no reply. Okay now i am really on the fence of going with the pro version. Real eye opener after i read some of the reviews.
