Email Piping Issue, Terrible Customer Service

This plugin is awesome when it is FREE. However the second you opt in to paid version; say goodbye to customer service. It takes the support team minimum of 24 hours to reply to tickets and once they have replied, they disappear for another 24 hours!
I understand you are a new company but why would you release a plugin with so many bugs where you don’t even care about helping us solve the bugs??
I will be creating a video and post my horrible experience with your customer support agents publicly on YouTube.
