    Paid for the premium version because my use case required email piping to work. Unfortunately it does not work very well. It takes a long time for new tickets to appear in the dashboard, and customer replies to the ticket emails do not sync to the ticket in the dash board. Support is hard to get a hold of and the advertised discount on their purchase page is incorrect.

If you come across any discount deal page on our site and observe a slightly higher price, it’s likely that you accessed it after the promotion had concluded. Despite this, we are more than willing to process a refund for the partial amount.
