    Ok, done, new error:

    PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function switch_to_blog() in /home/<usrname>/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-support-centre/piping/piping.php on line 15

    Ok, have added some additional logic to test for multisite / single site. Please update to the latest version (2016.03.05.01) and try again. Thanks for your patience.

    However, after a while I get this popup when clicking on the Support Centre link again in the menu:

    Hi,

    I couldn’t replicate the issue, however, the error identifies what was causing the issue so I have reworked the code to catch and handle the error. Please update to the new version (2016.03.05.02)
