    My service has been paused and the reasoning doesn’t make sense. Please advise.

    My List of confirmed subscribers is only 53 individuals.
    My stats are consistently >60% Open rate, and >30% click rate, both deemed EXCELLENT by MailPoet.

    Yet I received this message:
    “The MailPoet Sending Service has been temporarily paused for your account because too many subscribers have flagged your email as spam.”

    Please review the evaluation on this account – the algorithm doesn’t make sense to me

    Hi @erkramer,

    I’m checking your account and I see the sending has been paused because we received a high number of spam complaints from your subscribers.

    Please note that it doesn’t have any relation to the number of open rates, as it doesn’t evaluate how happy your subscribers are for receiving your emails.

    I’ll follow up with you via email so we can investigate why this is happening, okay?
