You can use this action hook ‘user_register’ to trigger that new user email.

@ultimatemembersupport this did not work for me. That hook actually breaks everything after the hook. Also, I noticed that the activation email is never sent out either. Essentially, I want to ensure email authenticity. The activation email may work also.
