Email Parameter not working.

I used the Email parameter of {first_name} {last_name} in the email template but it’s not retrieve the data and display it in the Email.
The parameter of {user_name} and {user_display_name} is working but not the First and last name.
In the backend profile the First and last name has value but in the email it’s missing.
I am using custom registration form. The form is working fine.
