Email Output Issue (Checkboxes)

  • Hi Guys

    I have a form which contains two optional check boxes where users can request a callback etc. If a user ticks either of these boxes, I need it to just say Call back? Yes (or no) in the email… however, using the following format (below) in my form, it just repeats the name of the checkbox? So reads Call Back? Call Back?

    Call Back? [checkbox-70]
    Discuss Plans? [discuss-box]

    Any ideas?

  • Include all your input in both the Form section and Mail section of the CF7 interface and a link to your CF7 form if possible. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able and willing to offer a possible solution.
