    Just wanted to see if anyone has had a similar issue in not receiving any emails when an order is processed?

    It is strange because when a correct order is placed by an individual then a confirmation email is sent to the person from PayPal outlining their order and an email sent to us notifying us of the payment as in the case of the €6 order. However, there is clearly a problem since we also have showing on the back office system an order for €30 which suggests it has been paid and is ready to process. This is not the case as the money has not been paid onto PayPal and no email received.

    Any ideas?
