    Hi,

    after automatic apply of coupon (BOGO: 2+1 free) on the checkout, on the email order that is sent to the customer and on the confirmation order only the 2 items are displayed without the free product.

    Basically, the coupon is visible on the checkout but not on the email order.

    Can you please check that the free product and the applied coupon is visible on the WooCommerce > Orders page? It is possible that the coupon is removed while placing the order due to usage restrictions set in the coupon.
