Email Options Do Not Change

I went into options, changed all the text in each email but when the emails are sent they send with the default text not the updated text I added. (Yes i clicked Save!)
There needs to be a way to add more people to the list of voters to send at a later date. I forgot to add someone and it won’t let me add a new person. Now I have to recreate the ballot and send all over again.
rep_name doesn’t work
This would be a fairly good plugin for what I need if there were some better features and options.
