Email option can’t enabled and can’t setup any affiliate

    I am building my website with UM plugin. I have tried to update my email options where I can see three email is disabled. I went to enable them but when I click in save/update it taking me 404 not found page.

    Thereafter, I tried to update my welcome email description but when I clicked save it taking me not found page.

    I need another help for setting affiliate/referral system. I did not found any plugin which can be integrated with UM registration form.

    Any help is appreciate.

    Hi @diganto24,

    Please go to your wp-content->Themes->Your child theme/ theme folder and make sure the file permission is at least 755. UM saves the email templates inside the theme folder->ultimate-member folder. You need to make sure that these folders have write permission to make it work. Please contact your hosting provider about this issue.

    UM provides custom fields & allows custom validation at registration form. You may need additional custom coding for your affiliate plugin since we don’t officially support one yet.

    Thank you seems your suggestion is not helpful. I have change permission to 0755 for my theme folder and UM folder also some sub folder. It did not work.

    Then I can see my others email is already active so why only 4 email option disabled since I installed the plugin. Any others suggestion please?

    This plugin developer making worthless plugin and wasting time. Everybody should leave and away from the plugin. Many many jokes in plugin. I will write an article soon to aware people about your support and plugin functionality.

    True: people order for extension when base plugin works him satisfied. Beside you want to have paid customer first to be satisfy yourself.
