Sorry I still don’t understand the question here – sounds like you would just need to add the forum manually between the paragraphs in the editor?

There are no hooks in between the content if that’s what you are asking.

What I wanted is to add a newsletter subscription option on blog posts. So that visitors can submit their email addresses directly on posts.

I already have a subscription form integrated with Mailchimp on my homepage, but I don’t know how to add it to the posts.

Is there any way I can add a newsletter subscription form to blog posts globally without inserting the code separately into each post?

Unfortunately that would require a custom solution as there is no hooks exist between the content – this isn’t a free theme related question so we cannot help with it here.

If you need to insert something globally in posts then it would need to be one of the hooks shown here:
