Email Opt-in how to translate Subscribed – look for the confirmation email!

Hi, Im using Divi Theme in my website im working on, and in my email opt-in after I subscribe, the message after is this “Subscribed – look for the confirmation email!” my problem is i want to translate it in dutch, please help me to translate it.
