Email ONLY 'Primary notification receiver'

I’ve created a form and set the ‘Primary notification receiver’ to be [email protected].
Whenever the form is submitted it sends a notification email to [email protected] AND [email protected].
I need it to just send the notification email to the email address specified in the ‘Primary notification receiver’ field, not to the website’s admin email as well.
Anyone have any ideas please?
