Email on mobile looks bad – product with image

    Truly what an incredible plugin, congratulations!

    I notice that when placing the image of the products the email looks good from the PC, but from the mobile the image is at the top and the name of the product at the bottom and not next to the image as it should be, I tried to reduce the image and the result is the same, I send capture.

    It’s because the images are quite small. Can you try adjusting the image size, making it bigger?

    But from the mobile the email is shown in a single column https://prnt.sc/q9-Lfh86abdo, it would be excellent if the information were shown in 2 columns (image and text) this way the text would be in front of the image.

    It would be excellent to make this modification.

    Could you also tell me how I can include the time of the order? I do not see this information in the short codes, I use it for restaurant orders and this information is important to me, thank you very much.

    Hi, I’m sorry I missed your reply.

    For the image on mobile, you may try custom CSS to adjust image size on mobile. We have an option called “Responsive point” which helps switch the email template to mobile view on specific screen size, but this option is not available in this lite version.

    For the order time, at the moment, we don’t have shortcode for the order time. We’ll add this shortcode in the future updates.

    As your desire: the idea show image and text in the same row on mobile like PC, this can be achievable with some Custom CSS in our plugin by yourself https://ibb.co/4Mj1fHM or as mentioned, adjusting the responsive point (not available in the basic version), you can refer to our documentation.
