I love this plugin, which used to send daily email notifications. Now it sends them hourly. What’s up and how can I change this back. Note the hourly notifications are not on account of updates done, but have an empty log, listing no updates. Its annonying to get so many emails from this plugin.

Here is the repetitive text in each email notification:

The following plugins were successfully updated: * SUCCESS: UPDATE LOG ========== Updating plugin: The plugin is at the latest version. Error: [fs_unavailable] Could not access filesystem.

    Hi @fraughtithrouble,

WordPress core sends email notification about background updates. Easy Updates Manager simply uses it. You can disable email notification, if you would like to.

From the message you posted, it seems like a third party plugin or theme is scheduled to check for updates every hour which causes the issue, Let me know if it is not the case and from when you are seeing this. Thanks
