Email Notifications not working WP 3.8 Update

I checked a few of your subscribers, and they all appear to have received a notification about your latest post, on January 5th. Do you still experience issues? If so, could you send us an email, mention this thread, and give us a few examples of the email addresses that did not receive any notification email?

Okay. I’ll do that. Thanks a lot. Two subscribers complained to me and I didn’t get a notification as well. But since you’re sure some people got notified, I’ll wait and see what happens on the next post.

Hi there,

I have done a lot of troubleshooting on my own, from changing the login wp plugins, checking up with my hosting provider to using outside computers.

My problem is that, password reset and new subscribers are not getting their emails.

Once someone subscribe they receive a message stating to check their email but there is no email. Can you help me please since I am having a major headache with this issue.
