Email notifications not going out

    It appears the email notification has not gone out to my subscribers on my last two posts (Dec 31 and Jan 1). I can’t recall changing anything in the settings. I did recently install version 3.8, but feel like the first few posts since then worked as usual. Any ideas?

  • What are you using for subscriber notifications? JetPack? Where is your site hosted?

    I am using subscribe2. Since someone else set up my page, I am not sure where the site is hosted. The Dec 31 post never showed up in my home or work email which are both subscribers. However, this morning’s post did show up in both about a half hour after it was published. It usually arrives in a few minutes.

    But email issues can often be server/hosting related – and at least two major hosting companies had problems yesterday which is why I asked about that.

    Sounds like it’s working okay now – which is great!
