    Hi,

    1/ When a visitor registers to the association (default group) I receive as administrator an email entitled “New User Created”. The first line of the body of the mail is “New user created” and then I have all the fields that I indicated and created. However, when I have modified the form then the new fields appear first in this mail whereas I would like the fields to appear in the order of the form.
    2/ Also for the “checkbox” fields the data indicated is “Yes” with no possibility of translating it into my language because the Yes is in the php code.

    Could these two points be corrected ?

    We checked the email for new user and it is working fine at our end.?We will require your site’s access details in order to debug the issue on your site. Please reach out to us through the?support page on our site?in order to allow us assist you further.

    You may change the text yes using “Loco Translate” plugin. ProfileGrid has a POT file that includes all the English text from the plugin for translation.

    I doesn’t say it’s not working fine but one of the mail (with the data entered by the new registered) sent to the administrator has the data disordered when you change the form. This mail is in the code not design by me and i can’t change anything.
    Example of the mail :
    Nouvel utilisateur créé

    Identifiant xxxxxxx
    Prénom xxxxxxx
    Nom de famille xxxxxxx
    Mail xxxxx@xxx.fr
    Adresse xxxxxxxx
    Code postal xxxxxxx
    Ville xxxxxxx
    Téléphone xxxxxxxx
    Date de naissance xxxxxxxxxx
    Cotisation Envoi chèque au trésorier en cours
    Approbation usage de mes données yes
    Accord pour recevoir des e-mails yes

    This “yes” can not be treated by Loco Translate because it is not coded as it should be in the code. I could change it in the php file but each update will erase my correction.

    Could you consider again my question and give me the possibilty to correct this ?

    The form data order in mail is working fine at our end so we will require your site details in order to check the issue on your site, please reach out to us through the support page on our site in order to allow us assist you further.

    Please note that customisation of code will be wiped out with each update of plugin so you will be required to change in code each time when you update the plugin.

    We have noted the checkbox data translation issue and we will fix this in one of our future versions.
