    Hi there,

Two issues, as shown in this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/eeYcsLC0KV

    1. Email notifications that get through are going into spam or not sending at all. This wasn’t the case before, as the domain is properly authenticated through SendGrid.
    2. The registration notification doesn’t come through to my email anymore. When I removed the plugin, the registration email started coming through again. As shown in the video.

I’ve installed the plugin back on the website, but hoping you can help figure these issues out so I can start to pay for the service.

    Hello @jamiedallaire,

    1. Most likely the issue of the email notifications being sent to a spam folder is not related to CleanTalk, as they gets to the spam folder even with the plugin deactivated.
    2. As I could understand, your registration form is the basic WordPress registration form, correct? If yes, could you please check if there is any third party plugin installed that is connected the registration form?

    Thank you.

    1. This wasn’t an issue before installing CleanTalk. We had tested thoroughly before launching the website.
    2. We are using LearnDash for the workshops. LearnDash would be the plugin connected to registration forms. The email notification that comes through, as you see in the video, is the default WordPress email.

I’d like to mention that the plugin can not affect your website when deactivated.

Anyway, further investigation requires some information that can be sensitive. Please contact us via our private support system:

I know what you mean, but perhaps it influenced what emails were spam and were not with Gmail, Outlook, and maybe others.

Okay, I will send in a support ticket.
