    Looking good so far, but email notifications are rasing a spam flag. EDIT: am sending from noreply@ domain as recommended (which I know should help) however looking at the email header, I think this is something that also needs addressing:

    1.1 MIME_HTML_ONLY BODY: Message only has text/html MIME parts
      0.6 HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG HTML-only message, but there is no HTML tag
      1.9 TO_NO_BRKTS_HTML_ONLY To: lacks brackets and HTML only

    Spam assassin is adding quite a lot due to those three things, can anyyone please suggest how to fix that?

    Thanks

    @voodoochill,
    This issue doesn’t have any relation to wpForo. Your email address, or the server IP is not trusted by Email Service Providers.Also your server IP may not match to the domain in FROM email addrsss and other dozens of things that are only related to your email and server. wpForo has no any impact here. Try other email addresses and check your server IP address in Spam Black Lists.

    Here are lots of recommendations:

    Odd then, I fixed this by using bbpress instead, doesn’t seem to have the same issue (neither does Woocommerce)

    1. Just make sure the FROM email was the same. wpForo FROM email can be set custom, other plugins use WP default email.
    2. wpForo sends emails with HTML format. It strongly recommended. Other plugins sends text format.
    3. Also you should check using different Email Providers. This maybe your email Provider specific issue.
    4. In any case, wpForo is installed on dozens of our websites and on dozens of thousands other website. We’ve never seen any issue with that. This is website/server/email specific issue for sure. Maybe this issue is eliminated, when website sends text emails, not HTML emails.
