Email notifications attribute changes to wrong user

We’ve experienced an issue with email notifications from this plugin that we’re unable to reproduce.
Our client was making changes to their site and every change to a page triggered an email notification that properly attributed the change to them except for one specific page.

After logging in and viewing the activity log, we can see that the change was correctly attributed to our client: https://app.screencast.com/iCinQrVPhyUNY
Do you have any suggestions why this email notification might have listed the incorrect user for the changes?
