    Hello,

    I have the latest version installed of MyCred and I’ve created an email notification to welcome newly registered users. The settings have it being sent immediately on transfers to both user and admins, and say it’s active. What’s even more puzzling is that the log says they are being sent, but I am not seeing them to my users or admins. I have tried just doing user and vice versa just admins with no success. I have installed another plugin called email log and they are also saying emails are sent, but again I’m not seeing them. I have checked spam folders and junk with no success. It is even giving me an exact time these are being sent in the logs. any ideas? – I am using the SMTP plugin as well.

    Hi,

    It’s working fine without any problem. The main problem is the mail that has been sent is successful but it is not delivering to the user’s mailbox.

    I know this is not my topic, but I have noticed something that may be connected to the problem – I set up an email notification and realised that in the Senders Email and Reply To boxes that the default “%admin_email%” had been truncated to just “min_email%” in both; I retyped the template tag in both and updated, and they had again been truncated. So I have now put the actual email address instead and that updates fine. Is it possible that this is why the emails have not been arriving?

    ?It looks like you are using the template tag at the wrong place. All template tags work on the email content body as shown in the screenshot shared below.
