Email notifications and file order

  • Hello, 2 questions:
    Currently I have the free version installed but I am looking at purchasing the pro version as it looks like there are email notifications sent out when a new file is uploaded?
    My specific question is – can these notifications be sent to ALL users on the site not just the admins?

    Can the file display be custom? Meaning – can I have a custom order to the files, not ascending or descending ?
