Email Notifications

Hi there,

We are receiving email notification when someone adds a review, however is there a way for the notification to include the review? Our company has always responded to reviews when one is submitted, but with just receiving a notification we can not directly respond or add the review to our CRM/ database. Does anyone know if there is a way to have the actual review included in the email notification?
