    I don’t get email notifications when someone asks a question on my course. Why is that happening?

  • Hello @shanita1,

    You need to enable Email addon then from Tutor Settings > Email Notifications – turn on the options for those you want Tutor LMS to send emails. It sends email in 6 events.

    Now I receive and email and it says this:

    The file you are trying to load is not exists in your theme or tutor plugins location, if you are a developer and extending tutor plugin, please create a php file at location

    wp-content/themes/astra/tutor/email/to_teacher_asked_question_by_student.php

    Hello @shanita1,

    Sorry the free version of Tutor LMS doesn’t include this Addon.
