Email notifications

Good day,
Thank you for making the plugin available.
Could you please assist as I am receiving two email notifications (as the user / client), after a package has been activated (invoice has been marked as paid under the invoices menu). The one email are correct as it has been set under email notifications in the settings menu, but I am not sure how to edit or prevent the other email notification from appearing (as there are also only one user email notification option under “Package Activated” email notification settings).
