    Hi

My hosting provider does not support CPanel or Plesk, so per guidelines on your website, i am trying to use EasyCron. I’ve posted the URL specified in the plugin settings and have used the cron expression 5 * * * * to run it in every minute. The test execution is OK (200). And then after i published the new post with setting of notification to cron job, though EasyCron is showing 21 times successful execution, no email has been sent. “Sent Emails” of plugin is showing Status as ‘In Queue’. Can you please help me here as what is being missed?

Appreciate your help as i have a growing list of subscribers and no notification is creating bad impact of my site among users.

    Regards

  • Hi Siddiq,

If you can able to see records in Sent Emails menu, It means plugin able to schedule your emails properly. Now we need to check CRON link is working or not. Can you able to browse the CRON link manually and see the status in Sent Emails menu?

    Hi Gopi

When I browsed the link, and looked the “Sent email” option in plugin, it did not do anything, no job was scheduled or sent via Cron. Only i got an email from plugin saying that the Cron job as run successfully. However, this seems to be false as i don’t see anything in the “Sent emails”.

    Next step?
