• Hi,

    1. I translated the welcome email message, both subject and body.

    I registered test account and received email that had translated subject and UNTRANSLATED body. Checked again in admin, yes, it is translated, but somehow is not picked up by script. It picks up the original text from somewhere.

    2. My test user had “Your profile is looking a little empty. Why not add some information!” written in their profile. So, I clicked on add, a text box showed up, I wrote a line there, added even the cover and the profile pics. Saved and it … still says “Your profile is looking a little empty. Why not add some information!”.

    Hi @recons,

    1. Can you please provide screenshots so we can further check?
    2. This might be related to the profile fields. Can you please add some more fields in the profile form and see if this will resolve the issue?

    So that matches!

    Now body did not change with translation.

    Hi @recons,

    We apologize for the delays as we have quite a lot of backlogs and it is taking time before i come back to your tickets. Can you please check if the Email HTML option is turned on in UM > Settings > Emails?
