Email Notification to User

Is there a way, via the ‘Email Notifications’ actions settings to notify the user of their submission? I see that via the little ‘plus’ button on the right we can add {userip} or even {adminemail} but no option for the user email..?

I understand that we might not always have the user’s email if they are not logged in but perhaps it could work conditionally. I’ll only be asking logged in users to fill out forms (surveys, actually) so would like to send them a ‘thanks for participating’ email.
